We’re looking for 0-to-1 Software Engineers to help the team scale and meet growing customer demand. The Founding Engineers will help build a category-defining product, applying state-of-the-art AI techniques to automate complex IT workflows in the enterprise, and save businesses thousands of hours in wasted time.
As a Founding Engineer, you will be working directly with our founders on the heart of our product — the AI that powers our best-in-class IT support agent, our natural language workflow builder, and our IT copilot that helps IT teams detect & address gaps in their own organization.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We prefer working in-person and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
Here’s where we are:
- Live with a handful of customers, including companies like Calendly & Ramp, where we're automating 50%+ of their tickets.
- Onboarding 15+ new customers next quarter.
- Successfully built a state-of-the-art agentic AI engine that does RAG across KB, takes actions across dozens of integrations and has strong reasoning capabilities
We’re a hybrid team based in San Francisco.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of full-time software engineering experience, bonus if you have a focus on AI/ML engineering
- Comfortable working and contributing across the entire stack (Typescript/Node/React)
- Obsessed with building incredible product experiences for users, and never happy with "good enough"
